I initially trained in Hypnotherapy and Neuro-Lingustic Programming (NLP) with Tom Mackay, an inspirational therapist and practitioner who trained with the likes of Ernest Rossi and Sidney Rosen, who studied with Milton Erickson. I then went on to study at the renowned Institute of Clinical Hypnosis at Kings College in London.

I hold Diplomas in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Meditation Teaching, and an Advanced Diploma in Stress Management. I'm a Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and Time Line Therapy. I hold the General Qualification in Hypnotherapy Practice, I'm a validated Practitioner with the General Hypnotherapy Standards Council, a Member of the General Hypnotherapy Register and am Accredited by the National Regulatory Register for Hypnotherapy and registered with the Complementary & Natural Healthcare Council.
